I ordered from wearevalerie.com i’m happy with what I got... the price seemed fair compared to a few other places I looked at.
The quality isn’t super high-end or anything, but for what I paid, it feels like a good deal. Shipping was fine too... not especially fast, but nothing that bothered me.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I thought the packaging could’ve been a little nicer. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d probably order again.

In the end, I was satisfied with the order overall. Most of the items were correct, but one of the colors wasn’t quite what I expected

I reached out to customer service about an order issue last week, i assumed it would be a quick fix. It took a couple of days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve anything. Maybe they’re just backed up, but I’m still waiting for clear info about my order. Frustrating overall.

I ordered from Wearevalerie it just didn’t last like I expected. After a short time, it was already showing wear and started to feel kind of cheap. I wasn’t even being rough with it, which made it more frustrating. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better, especially compared to some other stuff I’ve bought that...

I do like a lot of the pieces on wearevalerie.com, and the quality is nice, but the wording around availability felt a little misleading. A few things looked like they were basically ready to buy, then the sizes I wanted were suddenly gone or out of stock. Restocks also took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Not a bad experience overall, but it’s frustrating when the site makes it seem easier to get something than it actually is.

It feels okay at first, but after a while it starts to feel tight, tight enough that I don’t really want to keep wearing it.

So far, everything has been good and they seem trustworthy. I always like to feel reassured before using a company again, but based on this experience, I’d feel comfortable trusting them another time.

I really wanted to like Wearevalerie, I truly did, but my experience was disappointing. Like, I’m basically 100% sure this just wasn’t it for me.

Maybe other people have a better time with it, and that’s totally possible, but for me it was not great. I’m certain I wouldn’t use it again unless they seriously improve things...

The exchange process was kind of slow, and I felt a little talked down to when I asked about it. It got handled eventually, but the whole thing could’ve been a lot smoother.

I really wish I hadn’t trusted the sizing on this. It runs small, and I feel kind of stupid for assuming it would fit like it was supposed to. Other than that, it’s okay, but the sizing was definitely off.

The packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed, and I could hear the item rattling around inside before I even opened it. There was barely any padding, just some thin paper that didn’t really do anything. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed with a little more care.

I’ve ordered from Valerie i do like that they seem to care about how things are made, not just pushing people to buy more. The website was simple enough to get around, no big issues there. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall I still feel good about ordering from them, especially since the whole ethics side makes me feel like... yeah, I’m probably supporting something decent.

I ordered a top from Valerie, and I’ll admit the fit was actually decent. It looked really cute online, so I was expecting the material to feel a bit nicer in person, but it was thinner than I thought it would be.
After washing it once, it felt kind of rough and didn’t hold its shape as well. I’ll still wear it, so it’s not a total miss, but for the price, I was hoping for better quality.

I’ve ordered this twice now, and both times it showed up right around when they said it would. Nice when that actually happens

I asked for a refund and the replies have been really slow. Frustrating. I’m still waiting for the money to show up, and at this point it’s just annoying.

The shipping took a little longer than I expected, which reminded me of those times when you keep checking the porch because you’re excited for something to arrive. I was a bit impatient, but once the order finally showed up, everything was in good shape and fine in the end.

I don’t know, the design just feels really cluttered to me. It looks a bit outdated, and because of that I found it harder to use than it probably is.

I ordered from wearevalerie.com because the product photos made it look so cute and like it would be good quality. i regret not looking more closely or checking more reviews first, because once it arrived, the color and fit were really different from what I thought I was getting.
I get that online photos aren’t always perfect, but this felt more off than usual. The material also felt a lot cheaper than the description made it sound, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t order again.
